Wedding photo swap provides a venue for users to host photos they took at a wedding/events around a wedding. Use of the site to store non wedding related photos or photos for a commercial purpose is prohibited and will result in a warning email and then account cancellation at our discretion which may result in all stored images being lost. We provide the site in good faith and expect that its services will be used accordingly.
You are not allowed to upload, write comments about, email to us or order prints of any images or other material which contain: pornographic or obscene material; racist material; material that is likely to incite hatred against any person or group; blasphemous material; defamatory or otherwise actionable material; images of any criminal act; material the use or inclusion of which infringes any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of any third party; material that breaches any applicable laws or legislation.
Any images you upload to Wedding Photo Swap are owned by you or the applicable copyright owner. You or the copyright holder give Wedding Photo Swap permission to show these photos and comments to others within the associated private wedding albums. You also give permission for these images to be downloaded or sold as prints to others within the associated private wedding album. Wedding Photo Swap will never use/sell or display your images to 3rd parties. You may remove your photos at any time by simply deleting them from within your account.

Wedding Photo Swap makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature. In no event shall Wedding Photo Swap be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Wedding Photo Swap site or any content thereon. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication-line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.
Wedding Photo Swap allows you to upgrade your account by purchasing unlimited hosting, full high-resolution downloads, and extending the amount of time your account is live. Account upgrades are non-refundable once purchased.
However, you have 14 days, starting from the day after your purchase, to cancel your upgrade and request a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and can take up to 30 days. If you have not received your refund within this time, please contact us.
If you choose to cancel your account after the 14-day period, the upgrade fee will be non-refundable, and your account will be closed. Your content will no longer be saved, and your account will not revert back to the free service. Should you wish to use our service again, you will need to re-register.
For any physical products, such as wedding invites, these are personalised items and therefore cannot be returned for a refund. We will, however, replace any items that arrive damaged immediately with no quibble.
All payments are handled securely via Stripe, and you can pay using a credit or debit card in your local currency, even if you do not have a Stripe account.
You are responsible for keeping your log in details secure and making reasonable efforts to prevent others from gaining access to your accounts.
